Spring feeding

I have one hive that appears to have wintered over very well. Lots of activity, lots of pollen coming in. There is not a great deal of honey left (1/2 -1 frame). I'm concerned there may not be enough to sustain all this activity until we get a nectar flow. Should I begin feeding syrup? And....do I continue feeding uninterrupted for the next few weeks?
Thanks for any input!
Julie

Yes, given what you have described, feed them 1:1 syrup until you start seeing dandelions in bloom.
