Frozen frames back in?

I just put all of my frames in the freezer to kill shb and wax moths, and put bees in fresh box with new frames. Should I put the freeze treated frames back into the hive or just let the bees start over? I am concerned that the shb honey may be fermented and then bad for my bees, but I figure they would like having the comb back even tho they will have to clean out frozen larvae and brood. What do you think? Thanks.
